Connie's Peanut Butter Squares
1/3 c soft margarine
1/3 c peanut butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 c sugar
3 Tbs milk
1 egg
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Cream butter, sugar, peanut butter, salt, vanilla, milk and egg. Gradually stir in flour and baking soda (batter will be stiff).
Bake in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 pan for 25-30 mins at 350.
Peanut Butter Glaze
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
3 Tbs peanut butter
3 T boiling water
Beat until smooth and spread on warm cake.
