Summer Pinterest Craft

This project was copied almost exactly from this pin.  I used the cricut to cut most of the pieces.  To make the "accordion circle" (can't think of what to call it right now) just fold back and forth on the scored lines, overlap and attach the ends, then squash down the center.  (Note to Beth:  You will find little blue circles in the package.  I use these to put a glob of glue on then press the center into it.  You'll have to hold it for a little bit until it dries, but then you'll be able to attach the circle wherever you want on your banner.)  For a finishing touch, I put a little bit of "glitz" on the letters (where the holes were cut) and in the center of the star.
